In modern Taipei, an ordinary family of three leads a quiet life. Until one day, a teenage boy discovers a mysterious RPG game cartridge in a cabinet. He becomes Karl, embarking on a quest with his companions to defeat the Dark Lord and find the “Heart of Choice.” As the adventure progresses, the game’s events begin to intersect with reality, blurring the line between light and darkness.
