臺灣崑劇團自1991年「崑曲傳習計畫」以來，每年舉辦推廣教育班，聘請兩岸三地的重要崑劇演員來台教學，不但讓專業演員技藝得以累積精進，亦培養出許多優秀的學員。本次歲末公演，特安排推廣班優秀學員擔綱演出二場經典崑劇全本【牡丹亭】及雅俗共賞的四齣經典折子戲〈玉簪記‧琴挑〉、〈雷峰塔‧斷橋〉、〈長生殿‧絮閣〉、〈牡丹亭‧寫真〉，展現多年習藝的成果，同時引領觀眾一窺崑劇藝術的堂奧。
　
Since starting "Kunju Heritage Project" in 1991, Taiwan Kunju Opera Troupe organizes the extension education programme every year and invites important kunju actors and actresses from Taiwan, Mainland China and Hong Kong to come to stay in Taiwan to do some teaching. Not only can such arrangements help professional actors and actresses improve their techniques, but also they educate students and help them to become excellent performers. This time, in the opera troupe's public performances at the end of the year, excellent performers in the extension education program are specially selected to act inr two performances of the kunju classic Mudan Pavilion and four classical highlights -- Legend of Jade Hairpin — Playing Qin, Leifeng Tower — Broken Bridge, Changsheng Hall — Xu Hall, and Mudan Pavilion — Portrait. Performing the result after many years of effort, the troupe would like to invite you to come to take a look at the grandeur of kunju art.
