多明尼加共和國為我在中南美洲邦交國，為推動我與邦交國家的友好文化交流，促進國人對友邦文化藝術的認識與了解，多明尼加國家民族舞蹈團應外交部邀請，來華進行四場巡迴演出，以深化我與邦交國之邦誼，增進國人對友邦文化的欣賞。
聚焦賞析：風靡加勒比海與拉丁美洲地區的多明尼美朗哥舞曲（Merengue）及巴恰塔舞曲（Bachata），首次在臺呈現。

Dominica is the country with which Taiwan has diplomatic relationship in Middle and South America. In order to progress friendly cultural exchange with diplomatic-relationship countries and advance familiarity and understanding of their art and culture, our Ministry of Foreign Affairs invites the Ballet Folklórico Nacional Dominicano to come to Taiwan. This group is planning to make four tour performances all over Taiwan. It is expected to deepen the relationship between the two countries and to enhance Taiwanese citizens’ appreciation of Dominican culture.
Focus：Dominican dances, like Merengue and Bachata, which are popular in Caribbean and Latin American Areas, are going to be performed by the Ballet Folklórico Nacional Dominicano for the first time in Taiwan.
