鼓勵音樂創作發表，由一群國立台灣師範大學青年作曲家結合演奏家共同演出的新音樂創作音樂會，由校園青年作曲家們進行創作，並邀請校園中的青年專業演奏家們共襄盛舉。曲目有：徐鳴駿的【弄獅】；張耀邦的【如歌般地渲染】；鍾承洋的【桃花源—心之所嚮】；羅元豪的【荷盡菊殘】；徐竹玨的【羲晰】；歐佳蓉的【一捻紅】以及江欣諺的【ㄉㄞˋ】。
In encouraging creation of new music and its announcement, a group of young composers and musical players from National Taiwan Normal University will cooperate together to have their new music concert. These university young student composers have created their music and the university professional instrument players will be also invited to perform these new music. The pieces of music include: Hsu Mingjuen's Playing with a Lion, Jhang Yaobang's Spreading All Over like Songs, Jhong Chengyang's Paradise—Wish of the Heart, Luo Yuanhao's Falling Lotus Flowers and Chrysanthemum, Hsu Jhujuei's Xixi, Ou Jiarong's A Nip of Red and Jiang Xienyan's Dai.
