「臺上十分鐘，臺下十年功」，TBC《我是舞者》傳遞一個舞者與一齣舞碼，產生的經歷與過程：一首樂曲的舞藝展現，不只是舞動一首歌，還包含了編排老師的想法、創意與情感；而舞者則是將此情感的構思，融入肢體，經由努力、耐力與毅力……淋漓展現。

“It takes a performer a great deal of effort practicing before he/she is ready to perform on the stage.” TBC’s “I am a dancer” depicts the process of how a dancer and a dance piece are born. Dancing along with a piece of music is more than just dancing to it, it includes the ideas, choreography and emotions of the choreographer; the dancers infuse their body language with their emotions and via the process of investing their effort, endurance and persistence in the piece ……the dance piece is expressed to its fullest…..
