喜怒哀樂的情緒，可透過說唱表達嗎?當然可以！2007年「說唱音樂與說唱文學饗宴」系列，有說有唱的方式來演唱故事、塑造人物、表達思想、抒發情感。你會聽到林黛玉動人的葬花詞，你也能見識三國中關公斬華雄的英姿，當然你更能聽到趣味的民間故事、俏皮的繞口令，以「書鼓」、「檀板」、「鐵片」、「八角鼓」與「簡板」為主，型態囊括了上述各類打擊樂器表演，也包括了說唱音樂唱腔結構的「曲牌體」與「板腔體」代表曲種，共安排七種說唱音樂。
