《冬城女人》改編自德國著名戲劇家布雷希特創作的戲劇作品《四川好女人》。《冬城女人》故事講述三個神明來到道德敗壞、一貧如洗的四川想找尋樂善好施之人，意在證明這個狀況混亂的世界上仍有好人存在，可惜放眼所見盡是欺詐與饑餓，沒有任何人願意收留他們。

"The Good Women of Winter Town" is adapted from the work of famous German playwright Brecht - "The Good Woman of Szechuan". "The Good Woman of Winter Town" is about three gods who arrived in the morally-degenerated and extremely poor Szechuan to look for benevolent people to prove that despite all the chaos in the world, there were still good people. Sadly, all they could see and find was cheating and hunger and no one was willing to take them in.
