戲劇原本就是從生活出發，無法脫離生活而存在。《媽媽 好 討厭》就是讓小朋友回到生活，回到每天生活的家庭，從家庭生活的故事出發。
每次孩子被母親責罵之後，都會直覺的說：「媽媽好討厭」，而且希望媽媽能夠不見！有一天早上起床，媽媽真的不見了，姊妹兩人發現母親不見了，姊妹來到一個沒有媽媽的世界，剛開始很快樂，慢慢的，媽媽的影像越來越清楚，越來越想念媽媽。可是媽媽在哪裡？從一開始的興奮，到開始想念有媽媽嘮叨的日子。
《媽媽 好 討厭》就是希望道出這一層的親子關係，讓彼此的關心回到原點，讓彼此把愛說出來。
Dramas could not exist without life because it starts from life originally. "Mom Is So Annoying" is a story, which allows children to return to daily life and starts from family's life.
Every time children who are scolded by their mother will directly say, "Mom is so annoying", and wish her would disappear. Someday, two sisters get up and find their mother truly disappears. Two sisters come to a world without mother; originally they are happy, however, their mother's image is clear more and more and they miss her increasingly. But where is mom? From the excitement at the beginning, they start to miss days their mother's chatters.
"Mom is so annoying" is expected to tell the relation of parent and children and allow mutual concerns to return original point and speak love each other.
