由國立臺灣師範大學表演藝術研究所所主辦的2016年第二屆知音音樂劇大賞，於105年11月18日起有九個晚上的音樂劇競賽，並集結了八間大專院校（國立臺灣師範大學、國立臺北市立大學、國立臺東大學、國立臺灣藝術大學、祟右技術學院、北京舞蹈學院、上海視覺藝術學院、深圳大學）全為原創劇本、原創音樂。
聚焦賞析：兩岸演員同臺競技，激盪火花，展現華語音樂劇原創劇本、原創音樂的知音大賞。

Organized by the Graduate Institute of Performing Arts, National Taiwan Normal University, The 2016 2nd Musical Award for Bosom Friends will start off this year's musical competition on November 18th for 9 consecutive evenings with participants from eight colleges and universities (National Taiwan Normal University, University of Taiwan, National Taitung University, National Taiwan University of Arts, Chungyu Institue of Technology, Beijing Dancing Academy, Shanghai Institute of Visual Art and Shenzhen University). All musicals are original scripts with original music.
Focus：Talented actors from both sides of the Taiwan Strait will compete and make sparks off each other, performing Chinese musicals with original scripts and music. All script and background music of musical are original work.
