莫札特的這齣童年的歌劇作品，不論從聲樂，戲劇或管弦樂的架構上，都堪稱為天才之作。幾乎令人不敢相信，這個是出自於一個十二歲的孩童之手！但我們只要品嘗和分析，亦不難從這齣小歌劇中，找到與日後「後宮誘逃」和「魔笛」等，一脈相承的語法．因為這位神童，在此已逐漸綻開了他天才的花朵。莫札特的音樂清晰明朗，使得整部歌劇充滿了豐富的活力及生命力，是一部值得再一次介紹給觀眾的歌劇。

This Mozart's opera made in his childhood, no matter from the structure of vocal music, drama or orchestral music, is worthy of calling a talent's work. It's hard to believe that is made by a 12-year-old child! However, as long as we taste and analyze it, it's not difficult to, from this small opera, find the syntax which can be traced to the same origin of later "The Abduction from the Seraglio" and "The Die Zauberflote" etc, because this whiz kid had gradually opened his talent flower there. Mozart's music is clear and bright that allow entire opera to be full of abundant vitality and life force. This is an opera worthy of reintroducing to audiences.
