向來推廣社區樂團不遺餘力的樂藝管弦樂團，在2008年推出首場音樂會〝樂藝青年演奏家音樂會–室內樂篇〞，由團中青年演奏家擔綱演出．此次音樂會中將演奏海頓、莫札特、柴可夫斯基以及貝多芬等大師之精緻作品，以弦樂合奏或室內樂方式呈現，引導聽眾進入多采繽紛的古典音樂世界。對於2009年邁入三十週年的樂藝管弦樂團而言，本場音樂會不僅為08年度首場音樂會，更是為了三十週年音樂會展開第一階段的暖身序曲。
