故事發生在〔怪物鎮〕裡。小小吸血鬼[弗列德]非常渴望人類的生活，希望能與人類交朋友。一日[弗列德]與他的怪物好友們瞞著〔怪物鎮〕裡的長輩們擅自舉行萬聖節派對，他們發邀請函邀請人類小朋友同樂．女巫、骷髏人、狼人等想辦法阻止確不成功。派對當日，小朋友(10位現場觀眾)受邀上台。當賓主盡歡之時，大吸血鬼〔伊格-弗列德的爸爸〕出現，他把小朋友全都嚇跑了，他指責弗烈德，怪物是不能與人類作朋友的。弗列德十分傷心，最後他能如願與人類交朋友嗎?

This story is taken place in "Monster town". Little vampire, Friedmann, longs very much for humans' life, and would like to make friends with humans. One day, Friedmann found that his monster friends hold Halloween party behind elders in Monster town. They invited little human children to the party, even when witches, skeleton men and wolf men try to prevent. The day when the party is held, ten little children (ten audiences) will be invited to go on the stage to party with the party host. Giant vampire, Ingrid Friedmann—the father of Friedmann will appear and scare all the little children away. He also blames Friedmann that monsters cannot be friends with humans. Friedmann become very upset. Will he be able to make friend with humans at the end?
