該團由ㄧ群熱愛鄉土文化藝術的學校教師所組成，以表演客家樂舞、發揚客家文化為使命。以傳統歌舞為主，現代創作為輔。以流行的唱腔，新的技巧，唱出優美的客家音韻，表達及詮釋祖先的心聲。
表演方式：有歌、有舞、更有趣味的「打嘴鼓（類似相聲）」，以歌舞建構劇情，呈現傳統的客家社會樣貌，引領觀眾進入往昔時光隧道，發思古幽情之餘並期締造將來。
This team is made by a group of schoolteachers that have enthusiasm in folksy cultures and arts. Their mission is to perform Hak Ka Dance and to promote Hak Ka culture. Their major strength is traditional music & dance, and their minor strength is modern creation. They sing in pop tone, perform new techniques, and sing beautiful Hak Ka tone, in order to express and fully interpret thoughts from their ancestors.
