該團凝聚白玉光、劉弘春、林文俊、吳萍康等名聲樂家共同精心策劃參與演出的一場音樂會，主要在表現本土與西南地區之音樂藝術的特色與情懷，除了地理位置不同，在音樂藝術文化上的差異性，使愛樂者聆賞音樂的領域廣闊多元，藉由不同而各具特色的演出形式，注入新穎之表演技巧與思想。精選具有良好舞台效果的音樂會曲目，展露少見的『葫蘆絲』、『巴烏』等樂器，使愛樂觀眾在觀摩這些獨特的樂器演奏之外，重新詮釋這雅緻的音樂藝術。
The ensemble assembles such celebrated vocalists as Bai Yu-guang, Liu Xuan-chun, Lin Wen-jun and Wu Ping-kang who not only will offer their talent on stage but also orchestrated the occasion to contrast local music colours and that of Mainland southwest region as well as the cultural differences. The pieces are chosen for their dramatic stage effects and concurrently feature some unusual musical instruments including "Gore Silk" and "Bawoo".
