本次演出包括以現代東方舞身段詮釋的《洄》、展現古典舞蹈身段的《桃花緣記》、紀錄臺灣早期生活真情的《四合院》、展現少女含苞待放嬌羞感的《六月茉莉》、以及表現原住民對自然大地熱愛的《生命之舞》等五個舞作題材，另有示範講座與互動教學。全方位的生活體驗，與舞蹈技巧焠煉下的共同旋律，值得一賞。
The five dance numbers making up this performance include the modern Oriental interpretive dance "swirl," the classical "Peach Blossom Record," "Four Chamber House" portraying early life in Taiwan, "June Jasmine" expressing the bashfulness of a young girl growing up, and "Dance of Life" conveying the aboriginal love of Nature. There is also an instructional demonstration and lessons. Come experience life and learn some dance techniques.
