永貴隨國民政府來台，在舉目無親的情況下只好賣起豆漿，生意起初並不太好，直到金龍少棒隊在美國為國爭光開始，民族飲食的融合也意外的由此展開。在生意蒸蒸日上的同時，夥計火旺偷偷學習作豆漿的秘訣，預備日後自行創業，為日後的豆漿大戰埋下伏筆。
Due to moving of National Government, Yong Gui came to Taiwan. Because he had no one to rely, he started to make his living by selling soybean milk. At beginning, the business wasn’t going very well; however, until Jin Long Junior Baseball Team won the contests in the states, he started to integrate dining styles of different races. While his business began better, his employees, Huo-Wang and Lun-Lun, were learning techniques to make soybean milk and preparing to create their own business, which might lead to future competition in business cycle of soybean milk.
