本音樂會係由任教於國立台灣師範大學音樂系及國立台北師範學院音樂系之聲樂教授們擔任演唱，演唱曲目為大眾所熟悉的台灣民謠、創作歌曲等（選自光復初期台灣地區流行的歌謠，改編成室內樂形式伴奏）。藉由聲樂家們的精湛演出及絃樂室內樂團細膩音色的伴奏，表現台灣各地不同民俗風格，並透過音樂會解說人員的導聆，讓聽眾更能了解各地風俗民情及音樂的多樣性，聆賞台灣歌樂之美。演唱曲目包括：望春風、杯底不可飼金魚、白牡丹、雙人枕頭、望你早歸、河邊春夢、牽阮的手………等二十餘首膾炙人口的台灣歌曲。
The major performers of this concert are vocal teachers from department of music at National Taiwan Normal University and National Taipei Teachers College. Its performance songs are popular Taiwanese folk rhymes and original songs (, which is selected from popular Taiwanese folk rhymes after the Early Post-War Period and is re-arranged in the form of chamber music). Through performances of these excellent vocals and string chamber music band, it shows that Taiwan covers different types of folk styles. Its performance works include: Spring Wind, Do not raise goldfish at bottom of glass, White Peony, Lovers' Pillow, In hope of the return of love, Dream Of The Riverside, and Take Your Hands.
