一般對於欣賞舞蹈表演或參與「舞動身體」的活動，普遍會有恐懼感，進而產生排斥的心理，認為只有學跳舞或舞蹈班的學生才能欣賞或參與這類型的身體活動。有鑑於此，此次工作坊的活動內容設計，不只針對有舞蹈背景的學習者，更適合沒有任何舞蹈學習背景的師生、親子與一般大眾們一起來觀摩學習舞蹈的方法。舞台上工作坊進行之教育活動人員需限額20名(歡迎事先報名)，以利教學表演示範之效果。
　
Generally speaking, many people have a phobia about looking at dancing performances and participating in ‘moving body’ activities; their psychology is not right for this. They deem only those who receive dancing training can look at and join in bodily activities. For these reasons, this workshop designs its contents which not only concern people with a dancing background, but also is more suitable for teachers and students and parents and children and ordinary people without any dancing training in the past. All can come to look at methods of learning to dance. On the stage, this workshop only needs 20 staff engaging in educational activities to arrange a helpful educational performance demonstration.
