臺北崑劇團成立以來每年除定期對外演出外，並邀請來自大陸的崑曲專業名家辦理各種推廣研習活動，研習學員遍佈全台各地。本次演以折子戲為主。折子戲本是崑曲的基本精髓，而重現折子戲的生命力，結合古典藝術及現代精神，融合載歌載舞的崑曲特色，呈現舞台上的整體美增加視覺效果，並為劇本舖陳增添色彩，是演出的重點。演出內容有【浣紗記．分紗】【長生殿．小宴】【義妖記．斷橋】【牡丹亭；拾晝、尋夢】等。
　
Since it was established, Taipei Kunju Opera Troupe has invited Kunju experts from China to organize various kinds of promotional and learning activities every year besides providing regular performances for the public. Those who have studied this tradition are now spread all over Taiwan. This time, the opera troupe concentrates on highlight shows. Highlights are the essence of kunju. Reviving the vigour of highlights, combining classical art with modern spirit, bringing singing and dancing kunju features, demonstrating general beauty on the stage to increase visual effect and adding interesting for librettos become special focuses in the performances. The highlights include: Laundering the Silken Yarn – Dividing Yarn, Changsheng Hall — Small Banquet, Righteous Monster — Broken Bridge, and Mudan Pavilion — Painting and Searching for a Dream.
