This exhibition also marks the 55th anniversary of the center’s establishment. For this reason, we have invited a further 92 contemporary painters from around the country, who are considered to be well-known figures in the arena of painting. Actually, this exhibition is considered as pioneering in the sense that moderately celebrated artists will stage joint animal exhibition at this center. Among these artistic creations, many express subject matter and sentiments involving humans and animals: profound love between children and parents,ducks and geese playing in a pond, sparrows in winter and flying dove, carnivorous money and beloved dog, parrots and brave lions, dancing butterflies and singing birds, happy rabbits and mandarin ducks, roaring tiger. Other depictions of animals include animal used as of birth signs, flying livestock and domestic animals and pets, all of which were strictly selected for this exhibition. The paintings chosen are generally considered to be enchanting works spanning various styles and tastes that strive and compete with each other to capture viewers’ attention, surely a rarity in terms of appreciating in the century gone by (in terms of art appreciation this century.).
