The Yang Ming Cultural Foundation has held a painting competition for four years in a row in hopes of promoting international art cultural exchange, and opening a new vision to adolescents, to love the ocean, be near the ocean and protect the ocean. There are 60 international works, and 105 domestic works in the Touring Exhibition of Awarded Works of Yang Ming 4th International Adolescents Painting Competition. Focus：The exhibition is held to encourage adolescents to discover the beauties of the ocean, rivers, and fishing villages, or convey concern for the crisis of global warming.
