“Those refined poems and words just scatter quietly in the grassy greens of the season. Adorning the canvas of the crimson decorated archway with such classical emotions, they sing as the wind blows gently toward them.” In order to encourage literary and artistic creation by teachers and students, the MOE provides a literature and arts creation platform in the hopes of inspiring more people to share their creative works on this platform. The MOE Literature and Arts Creation Awards were established in 1981 and have been held annually for 33 years. It has the longest histry of any Literature and Arts Creation Award in Taiwan.
