The Past Exhibitions
Dreams in the Fores

The exhibition includes: Art Wood (conveying their creativity, ideas and thoughts through the Chinese character “Rest” made up of the characters for “man” and “wood.”); Lacquerware Art (bodiless: clay is the lacquerware body; after it is formed, irrigating with water to get the clay out. Apply coats of raw lacquer, cloth or colours to the surface, repeating the process more than 30 times to create the artwork); Art parquet (arrange small pieces of wood according to their colours and texture into three-dimensional artworks of geometric symmetry); Wood Inlaid Patterns (using wood as material for painting, plus the skills of Jia-dung inlaid shi-liu to continue the enjoyment of beauty and recall scents of the forest.)
Focus:Woods is a kind of ancient and familiar-to-human natural material. The growth of a tree represents a record of life. Its tree trunk, tree bark, branches, leaves and roots…they seduce your attention, and inspire your souls in everyway they can in daily life.
