Chinese calligraphy is the essence of Chinese art. In the world of ever-changing abstract lines, it requires skills, feelings, knowledge and cultivation to create this unique art form that Chinese has always taken pride in. In order to promote the art of Chinese calligraphy, the centre has been organizing the “Chinese Calligraphy Festival” on its Nanhai campus every summer, offering the best Chinese calligraphy learning platform for the general public as well as teachers and students alike.
Focus：Activities include: development and features of Chinese calligraphy, performances, art of tea, art books, speeches, demonstrations, guided tours, music concerts, as well as experimental activities. All with an aim to exhibit the aesthetics and importance of Chinese calligraphy.
