The theme of this year's competition is "No Speeding and Turn on Headlights Even in the Daytime" which is also the slogan promoted by the Ministry of Transportation in recent years. Hopefully, by promoting a simple, clear and catchy slogan, the three major goals of "Stop at Junctions, Let's Make Taiwan An Island of Politeness", "Driving at a Safe Speed Will Make Everyone Safe", and "No Riding to School, A safer Environment for Our Children" will be achieved; in the meantime, we hope that when children draw, they will draw with love and because of the love, pay more attention to traffic safety.
Focus：The organizer announced the theme of this year's competition at the venue where the competition was held. Contestants may choose whatever medium they want, such as color paints, crayons and color pens, etc. They may draw however they want within this theme and express their ideas about traffic safety through their paintings.
