The paintings in this exhibition are termed “Contemporary Chinese Paintings”, promoted by a professor of the association – Chairman Chen Ming-Xian. The objectives of this school are to carry on the legacy of traditional Chinese paintings – the brushes & ink, meanings they carry, etc… while also infusing the spirit of contemporary Chinese paintings. This is recognized and praised officially in Taiwan and Mainland China and is called “The Contemporary Chinese Painting School”.
Focus：This exhibition, in addition to displaying great paintings created by our members, great Chinese paintings created by artists outside the association are also exhibited to display the development concepts for Contemporary Chinese Paintings; thus this is an exhibition with academic research value.
