This year marks the 9th anniversary of the Cross-Strait Exhibition of Children’s Fine Arts and Painting.The theme for this much-loved event this year is “Totally Free”, offering participating children from both sides of the Taiwan Strait as well as children from H.K. and Macau a chance to create art and paintings in however way they like.Let’s discover a “totally free“ world with their colourful and intriguing works.
Focus：To be Totally Free is to be like birds flying high and away or like fish in the water swimming anywhere they wish. How can we be free from physical and mental restraint? The answers are like fish in the water – each is totally free in its own way.
