Fubon Foundation has held the “Fubon Talent Award for the Disabled”since 2004. This activity is divided into two categories: creation and performance. What makes the award so special is that the winner, “ All Love Orchestra”, has a concert tour as well as an exhibition. “Discover the impossibility”for the winner in the creation category in order to present the positive spirit of their craftsmanship.
