A cunning but lazy man who always fools everyone that he, the smelling master, can smell out everything with his magic nose. Since the emperor’s imperial seal is missing, the smelling master is asked to help to search for it. Luckily, he succeeds in finding it and he lies to the emperor that he was a celestial being from the heaven but was punished to come down to the earth as a mortal because he made some mistakes. He asks the emperor to help him return to heaven as reward. Let us see how the smelling master cheats everybody and what circumstances he has to face.
Focus：Challenging the limit of the framework of stage in traditional puppet plays, the Tabletop Theater uses table’s surface as a platform to attract audience’s attention and, moreover, expresses characters out of realistic and concrete concept in ordinary ones.
